I'll start by saying I appreciate the fact when we made our trip in a day, arriving at 1030p, the day before we were suppose to check in so the owner allowed us to check in for a fee. However, upon arriving it was 84 degrees inside and the internet was not working. No air conditioner and lack of internet to get the kids mellowed out at night or for morning so I could get things going. Every day I was being asked questions, and told to leave the key they need to get in today. I am on vacation, I don't want bothered to handle the responsibilities that should have been handled prior to our arrival. The tipping point was someone there coming past the first entrance door, into the unit and then interrupting us in the living room, not knocking, and saying "when are you leaving, I need to get into the attic." I had been polite all week but that set me over. Needless to say that was our last day there and we were leaving in the morning back to Ohio. These things should have been checked prior to anyone's arrival for the cost paid. The actual apartment needed love. Beds in the second bedroom were on bricks and cinderblocks. Frames were broken. We are a family of 5 and my oldest slept on the couch. There is no trundle bed, its just a twin. Visible dust strands on walls by the beds. My youngest needed to nebulize daily. We found trash under the bed left by previous guest. For a fee for housekeeping I don't think the ones cleaning are cleaning. We swept floors prior to departure
