There was plenty of space for the five of us and the kids enjoyed having their own rooms. The neighborhood was quiet and easy driving distances to all the attractions we wanted to visit. 「This home was billed as a new listing. The communication with the property owner wasn't very good. I had to reach out to him to get the door code. There is absolutely no grass in the back yard. It's completely black dirt. The front steps were completely full of leaves. There was garbage all over in the front yard. The kitchen floor had stick down vinyl that was coming up every where. There were barely any silverware and dishes in the kitchen. There weren't any instructions anywhere in the house...

「We came up from Il to see our daughter. She currently lives in a studio apartment, so we weren't able to stay with her. This rental has everything to make a comfortable stay. 「We were looking for a place with an open concept, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, for a gathering of family and friends to celebrate a few birthdays. This home was just what we needed. It had enough space to have everyone together in one space to play games and eat pizza. Home was clean, well taken care of, and the owner was very easy to work with. We are already planning on staying here again when we return to St. Paul.」

「Overall the house was a good value. Heating was a concern as the living room would not heat up although it was a very cold snap in January at the time. So cold in fact, a pipe broke causing a flood in the kitchen. We were able to get the valve shut off and the owner got it taken care of promptly.
