「The property was very pleasant and clean. The space was perfect for a group of five women. The location was nice and we were able to drive to Como Park Conservatory, and to a restaurant in the grand Avenue area quite easily. I think we would stay here again.」

「Overall, it is a great place, but there are no heat vents upstairs which means it is quite cold unless you leave the upstairs doors open so that heat can come up the stairwell. I ended up getting a small space heater to warm up the bedroom I used. I am sure it would be fine in warmer months and I noted that there is a window AC unit in the bedroom closet so summer heat wouldn't be an issue. I would stay here again as it was otherwise perfect me.」

「Great location, not far from anything. Quiet neighborhood, AMAZING beds, nice linens. Large dinning table for eating together and playing games. Spacious, light-fulled gathering area in the house. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Only downfall is that one bedroom had to go down To get to their bathroom. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks for a great time.a flight of stairs for their bathroom.」

「This home was billed as a new listing. The communication with the property owner wasn't very good. I had to reach out to him to get the door code. There is absolutely no grass in the back yard. It's completely black dirt. The front steps were completely full of leaves. There was garbage all over in the front yard. The kitchen floor had stick down vinyl that was coming up every where. There were barely any silverware and dishes in the kitchen. There weren't any instructions anywhere in the house...

「We ended up having 5 adults and 4 children in our group. The home was cozy and we had plenty of room. In my opinion the kitchen was the only downside to this property. We were there for Christmas and stayed inside. Could have used bigger variety of cookware and the dishwasher doesn't work.」

「We were looking for a place with an open concept, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, for a gathering of family and friends to celebrate a few birthdays. This home was just what we needed. It had enough space to have everyone together in one space to play games and eat pizza. Home was clean, well taken care of, and the owner was very easy to work with. We are already planning on staying here again when we return to St. Paul.」
