「Villa Ice in Chalet Genf is even lovelier than the photos - a newly converted 2 bed apartment with sauna. The decor is mountain chic - fab views and in a Beautiful location right on the Nordic ski track. 「The apartment is of an older date and seems worn down and lacking. The beds are decades old and completely gone. During our stay, there was an unreasonable amount of noise from the guests in the apartment below ours, which meant that we left a day earlier than we had paid for. We have been on holiday in Livigno 10 times and this stay is clearly our worst. 」

「This place is about 20 minutes from city center, not far from the lake. There is a Lidi supermarket at the ground floor. Watch out - the room lacks some of the basic necessities, not even a box of tissues. The electric stove does not work in the room, so we just eat out. We have been to a few different hotels and apartments in Switzerland during our trip. so far this is the worst place we have been to. 」

「My wife and daughter stayed with me for a nice ski trip to St Moritz. The condo is very nice, new and modern. The only negatives were the property manager speaks very little English, so communication was tough and slow to respond. As in an earlier review we couldn't get the TV to work and the check in process was non existent until we arrived that morning in St Moritz. There was no check out process.
