This was a great little apartment! I stayed there with my hubby and 4 kids aged 7-16. The good stuff- the location is fantastic. I loved having an entire apartment full sized kitchen, the rooms were large, both bedrooms have ac units, The appliances all worked as expected. New windows were easy to open and all had screens. There was parking in a locked garage and also on the street. The unit was easy to find and only up a couple stairs. The property manager was very responsive.
Negatives- the parking garage is on a steep incline and is very small. If you drive a larger vehicle (like a minivan) you may find it difficult to get in and out.
The apartment is minimally-but functionally- furnished. There are sheets for the futons, and duvets but no futon covers, and pillow cases but no extra pillows for those beds. Granted, there were 4 pillows on each of the queen beds. The futons are not the same size as a double bed, unless children are sleeping on them they only fit one person. The kitchen is missing: hot pads, dish drainer, anything to scrub dishes with or wipe the table with, dish towels, full sized cookie sheets, frying pans, butter knives. If you plan to really cook anything, bring your own things to cook with.
It's an older property that has been redone so it's got some character but I would book this again. It's comfortable and convenient, just bring a few extra things if you're in doubt bc it might not have all the things you're used to! Good property & experience!
