「This hotel is an amazingly unused resource. We understand it’s only got a small beach but we needed somewhere to stay on the island and it was perfect for us albeit a little far from Basseterre town Centre. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we couldn’t fault their attitude. The room was huge even though we only wanted a room we ended up with a suite and it was spacious with a really comfortable bed and air-conditioning in all rooms. We had a hire car which was essential.」

「The resort is in an amazing location in a mountain area. The staff is awesome, the chefs are Michelin star quality. Full gym, great pool area, great hiking, you will see plenty of wildlife. The rooms are awesome, like living with outdoors feeling. Definitely get a pool room, it’s the best. 「The room was large & cleaned everyday. Staff was friendly & helped get the bags to the room. On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't. 「Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. 」
