「Why do I need to submit any info? The taxi couldn't find the place and the renter never answer his phone I was at the place when I renter finally showed up after 630 and told me I cannot stay there. The taxi paid 30 instead of 12 because she took 2 1/2 looking for the place. I should be given compensation for wasting my time after landing at 10 AM and not one until after 630PM. 」

「The cottage was just perfect. Spotlessly clean ,well appointed and situated on a large beautiful lot with fruit trees in a great location. But the highlight was our hosts. 2 exceptional.people. entertaining, and attentive. 」

「We enjoyed the property a lot. It was exactly as advertised with modern, clean furnishings and the property manager was helpful. Simple but well stocked apartment. The pool was nice and the location was very private and walkable (10-15min) to Frigate Bay shops and restaurants. Parking for rental vehicles was an plus. Only complaint was the very hard water, but that is an island trait not an apartment issue. 」

「The apartment was clean and very tastefully designed. The grounds were well kept. SUV is required to get to the location. The entrance to the apartment was steep and was not an issue for my family. The internet was intermittent. Overall I would stay here again. The hosts were delightful. 」

「It was true to the picture A home away from home with great management communication. It is only a 5 minute drive from dining and supermarkets. Also about 10 minutes from town.」

「I stayed three nights in this lovely studio. It has everything you need to cook in, or you can dine out. There are two supermarkets in walking distance and I also walked to town. Shanika is a fantastic host who is responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend!」

「The host shared important information with us which was valuable since we were visiting St. Kitts for the first time. The cell phone in the room helped us make last minute changes in travel plans as well as assisted us in finding taxis and food delivery in the area.」

「Very good quarters, comfortable. Great senic views.」

「This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had! The views are even better than in the pictures and Quinn was so responsive, kind and even added personalized touches and goodies for us. A great, private neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It was very clean, close to the airport and right on the beach. Would 100% stay again! 」

「We had such a wonderful time in St Kitts despite our short stay. Seanna and Nigel were incredible hosts and the property is beautiful! They met us at the airport and drive us to the apartment. The accommodations were perfect and we cannot wait to come back and stay with them again. We were there to help our daughter move in to the dorms for Ross Veterinary school and we will be back to visit our daughter over the next two years. 「Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. 」

「The views are amazing and the pool is welcoming. It's easy to walk to Turtle Beach or the nearby beach with all of the bars. Be sure to keep your taxi driver's phone number handy. We had five people in our group. There is no way to cool down the main living/gathering areas of the home, even when all of the doors are open. Several times we had to retreat to the bedrooms to cool down for a while. We did not have hot water (not even warm) for showers until the last day. It's confusing because...
