「Beautiful property with expansive grounds. The pool and beach area are beautiful, but we were very disappointed that guests were permitted to personal music systems very loudly at both locations. For a resort of this cost and caliber, we expected a more upscale experience. Also, the food at the restaurants was disappointing, even for a hotel, and lemongrass was terrible. Also, the hotel made no mention of the villa rooms being across the street, up an enormous hill and only accessible via golf...

「Walkable」

「Beautiful location right in ocean! Was very quiet. Staff very pleasant. Only wish their van would pick us up from food market. It was only a couple blocks away and we had to make other accommodations out lug them back ourselves. .」

「These are truly rustic cabins, but the property is magnificent, with easy access to the beach and hiking trails. Ask for one of the treehouses higher up the hill where the breeze is constant. Be aware that the electricity is out frequently. 」

「We absolutely loved staying here. The town of Cruz Bay is very walkable and Wharfside Village puts you right in the middle of so many great dining and shopping options as well as easy access to the taxis that can take you all around the island. No need to rent a car at all if you're coming here to stay. We even took a walk over to the National Park Visitor Center and hiked the Lind Trail from there to go to Honeymoon Beach and Solomon Bay Beach. I don't have the adequate words to describe...

「Wonderful location, great communication, and comfortable clean rooms. The hosts were extremely responsive and had amenities such as beach chairs, towels, and a place where guests can leave things for other guests to use. We had a private patio that has a view of the ocean with crashing sounds of the waves. The villa was a convenient walk to the town and yet secluded. Wonderful stay!」

「If you’re staying at the villas or treehouses, just know they’re doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. Don’t get me wrong this surroundings and areas beautiful and the service is mostly great. Will definitely come again to give it a second chance! 」
