The house was very good, excellent position with added benefit of a parking space.The kitchen was very well equipped. The bedrooms were good with comfy beds and plenty of storage. We had trouble opening the key lock box

Highly recommend the Cornish Pearl
Loved this house - so comfortable with everything you need for a great holiday next to the sea! The hosts are very friendly, responsive and helpful. Convenient lock box for key made for easy check-in. The house has been used by the host family for their holidays which gives it a wonderful personal touch - great games, books, very functional kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal. Really felt at home here - the decor is beautiful. The location is great - short walk to the centre of St Ives and the beaches. Would highly recommend - wished we had the time to stay longer!!

Family holiday
We had a weeks’ holiday in the Cornish Pearl with our 2 daughters and dog. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in St Ives & was in a great location, just near enough to the town and the beaches but far enough away to escape and have some peace and quiet. The hosts were very helpful and answered any queries we had promptly. We would definitely go to St Ives and stay at the Cornish Pearl again.

Nice property
We had a nice stay in St. Yves. The hosts were very friendly. We had a warm welcome and all questions were answered very quickly. The location of the house is very good and the parking lot at the House very helpful. We‘ll come back.

St Ives - Easter 2024
A wonderful property in the best location. It’s clean, it’s well looked after and the car parking space is an absolute gem!!! The owners are really helpful and look after their guests by going the extra-mile when you arrive - I won’t spoil the surprise! The local pubs are a stone throw away and are all very welcoming. The bakery in town was the only thing that was disappointing. Everything was sold out by 9am! You need to get there early e.g. 7.45am. We will definitely consider staying again. Thank you!

Wonderful gem near the heart of St. Ives
We loved everything about the property, all the amenities we needed, great location, free parking, and excellent hosts. Very clean and well kept. The only minor drawbacks we could note was compared to US standards the shower stall was a bit small, but that’s to be expected I think. Also a clothing dryer would have been nice but it certainly was not a deal breaker. Overall we were very happy with the home as well as the helpfulness of the hosts. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting St. Ives.

Great location, spacious accommodation, close to St Ives centre and less than 10 mins walk to all the town’s beaches. Very generous sized off road car park space opposite the house.

A happy place
The property was as described, the hosts couldn’t of been more helpful. The house had lovely quirky bits and bobs, was beautifully decorated and furnished and very well equipped. The weather was a mixed bag but we had a great time and will certainly be re-booking 😀⭐️👍

Good location, 5 mins walk in to the centre of town and Harbour Beach, 10 mins to Porthminster beach. Great to have the parking space directly across the road from the house.

Pearl of a stay
This is a great location to travel all over Cornwall and is in easy reach of St Ives only a short walk away. The cottage is well presented and was very clean and had a homely feel to it. I would certainly stay again when holidaying in Cornwall and would recommend it to others.
