Rare find - 3 bedroom pet friendly unit at Sports Village with wonderful views of the St George Valley looking towards Snow Canyon. Ideal location to visit Tuacahn, Hike Snow Canyon or participate in Baseball, Soccer or other sporting events like the Marathon, Senior Games or hike Zion National Park. Great location for mountain biking. The Olympiad - Where the Gods stay when they visit St George. This condo overlooks the city from the edge of the cliff. The condo has beds for 9 persons. This unit has been through a recent renovation and is clean bright and open with great gathering space and as always great amenities at Sports Village with year round heated pools etc. There is a small garage. Not ideal for a car, but perfect for secure parking for motor cycle or mountain bikes. Large heated pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball, racquetball miniature golf, fitness center and so much more to enjoy. There are off-road riding trails near by and other entertainment options such as theaters, Tuacahn, dinning and the down town area are minutes away. The world really is at your finger tips - come live like a God for a great vacation.

The Olympiad is located at the Sports Village Resort community in Green Valley. Ample amenities for everyone.
Master - King Bed with private bath. Sleeps 1-2 persons
Guest Room 1 - Queen. Shared Bath. Sleeps 1-2 persons
Guest Room 2 - The Bunk Room. Shared Bath. Sleeps 1-5 persons. Bunk 1 is a full with twin on top. Bunk 2 is a Single over Single.

This home has an Amazon Fire Stick in the living room and the master suite. The game room has a Play Station 4 with a few games for your use.

Pack n Play available at the unit

Parking: This home can accommodate 1-3 cars with open space parking. (Garage not accessible for a car but available for bikes) There is also fenced parking available to rent for Trailers and RV's. Rented at the clubhouse $5 a day. No reservations, first come first serve. Clubhouse is open until 10pm.

Smoking: This is a strict NON SMOKING property. (This includes vaping). We ask guests to not smoke in the home or on the property. A fee, not to be less than $250, will be charged for violation of this rule.

PETS: This home is pet friendly so the whole family can tag along for the vacation!
Bringing a pet, you will be subject to a one time $150 fee per pet.
Please notify us of the number, breed and weight of any pets you will be bringing. (all animals must be under 50 pounds)
We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture.
We do provide lint rollers at the home for your use to assist us in removal of pet hair from furniture and bedding.
While it is impossible to remove all signs of pet hair, our cleaners do thoroughly clean the entire home including bedding and furniture.

NOTE: Recent changes to the homeowners association insurance coverage have required removal of private grills. There are community grills available for use at the club house.
Though the St George area has a small town feel, most venues are not in walking distance. A car is highly recommended. To get around the city, Saint George offers a local public bus transit system Suntran. Suntran runs three scheduled routes with buses running all over the city. Great patio
Great location wonderful back patio. Attention needed in some areas. Bunk room ac very warm no ac, needs a fan. Kitchen needs more than one kitchen towel, needs more garbage bags. TV difficult to navigate.

Beautiful location
This property was accessible and centrally located to many things. It was full of suggestions and offered a beautiful view of the valley. There was still some dog hair leftover from previous guests and the pillows weren't very comfortable. Otherwise, our stay was very nice. Thank you to the host!

Wonderful view, nice stay
The property has an exceptional view! The condo has plenty of room for a larger group. It is a little dated but functional and fine for a getaway. The kitchen is well stocked and there are an abundance of towels including pool towels which was great 👍

Sports Village showing its age
Location of Sports Village is good and the views are spectacular. However, the buildings lack maintenance, most of the sports equipment is dated and in poor repair. Pool out of service. Our particular unit was extremely worn with wobbly furniture, dirty dishes, dirty floors and generally in poor repair. We did see other units that were in much better shape. The rental company did bring us cleaning supplies and did send repairmen. But my idea of a vacation rental does not require cleaning before I move in and repairs while I’m there.

Beware of this Property
The property is poorly kept and NOT clean. We stayed almost two weeks. We are not partiers nor are we disgusting. However, the property management group, Escape Properties, is trying to collect on extra charges and extra cleaning fees! We are extremely angry and being scammed. It was NOT as advertised.

Place was dirty and falling apart
The floor was so dirty that all of our feet turned black, no hot water in shower or tub (later figured out that cold is hot so handles were backwards), crumbs in the bed, hair on couches, no garbage bags or paper towels. We had to go buy our own cleaning supplies and found a mop to clean the floors. Toilet paper holder kept falling off wall even in the middle of the night, waking everyone up. Bedroom with bunks was so hot, ac not working in that room. Someone was supposed to bring out an ac unit but no one ever brought anything. The whole stay was just kind of a mess. Definitely would not stay here again

Great value
It could use some modernizations! But the price was exactly what I needed as I come there a lot in the fall! Beds were comfy and there were plenty of nice fluffy towels. We didn’t use the amenities but have in the past and enjoyed the variety.

Nice and comfortable
It was a nice and comfortable setup. We had a couple of maintenance issues and the management team responded quickly, even thou hey weren’t able to resolve the issue of no hot water in one bathroom shower. This front door of the condo is at the bottom of a long outdoor staircase, so accessibility may be an issue for some.

Property Needs Upgrades
THE GOOD: ports Village is a fun community for families, with lots to do. The condo we stayed in had a beautiful view, was quiet, and the furnishings were good. THE NOT SO GOOD: Overall, the place could use a really good deep cleaning and some maintenance. The queen bed had no sheets (mattress protector, blanket and comforter, but no sheets) and there weren't any queen sized linens that we could find in the condo. The main bathroom rugs, once they were stepped on and got wet, smelled like urine (we washed them - judging by the back of the rugs, this was probably the first time in a long time for that). The water temperature is also hooked up backwards in the main shower - we had cold showers until figuring that out! The kitchen faucet was not connected to the sink, only held in place by the hoses. The dishwasher left food residue on everything (I believe that it backs up into the garbage disposal so everything is coated with food debris) so we ended up handwashing everything we used. There are adequate plates, bowls and cups, but just about everything else is in poor condition or not available (not enough silverware or quality cookware). The cabinets and drawers are overall VERY dirty (food crumbs, spills, etc.) and we didn't feel good about putting any food in them. But by far my biggest complaint is that on day one, we found a dead roach on the living room floor. I immediately contacted the management. They were slightly condescending about it initially, but when I expressed my deep concern and desire to leave, they eventually made efforts to reassure by explaining their pest control efforts and policies. I understand that roaches can be a problem in St. George due to the heat. We never saw any live roaches in the condo, and thoroughly checked our bags and boxes before leaving, but the fact that we found one made it really hard to relax (perhaps if the cleaning was more thorough and the one we found was vacuumed or swept up before we got there we would have been none the wiser). Finding the roach and seeing the cleanliness/maintenance issues was an unhappy circumstance. The only option we had was to just get over it, and try to have fun during our vacation. They didn't offer an immediate refund, and it wasn't in my budget to pay for another place (availability was slim as well), so we just stayed vigilant and made the best of it. We did have fun, but I wouldn't recommend this property.

Perfect for pets
We were so happy to find a property that would allow us to bring our cute little pup with us instead of having to kennel her. Right outside the back door is walking path. The view out the back is absolutely beautiful. There are two lazy boys I could’ve spent the entire time in if only I was able. The condo is large with plenty of room and beds. Kitchen was well stocked. We only stayed two nights, but was a great stay. We utilized the amenities of the pool and some of the club house . Overall would recommend.

Spring break getaway
We had a wonderful time in St. George. The facilities were wonderful and we spent a great deal of time playing tennis, shuffle board, pickle ball and pool. This was al very convenient in regards to location. The condo was nice and fairly well equipped. It is a bit dated so there are some obvious signs of aging to the structure. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, though could have used another trash bag or two. Owners did a nice job of labeling switches throughout he house which eliminated guessing games. One issue we did have was with the shower in the main bathroom, we could r seem to get hot water. Maybe user error, not sure. We would definitely go back, was a wonderful week, great location and so much to do on property.

Good spot for pets.
The condo needs some updating. The carpet in the bedrooms is dirty and stained, and coming up at the entryway seams. The linens on the beds are also well worn. We still loved the location, we have stayed in other units here. The view is the best park. This condo was so perfect for our two dogs that came along. My kids also loved the clubhouse, pool, and the little game room in the condo where they could play the Play Station. Overall it was a great visit, but if I wasn’t traveling with our pets I definitely would find a different condo for my next visit to St. George.

Love St George
Love the view. Bed was comfortable as was living room furniture. Great pool and hot tub. Best of all our dog loved it there. Turtle Wall is a must for a hike.
