This is a beautiful and family friendly 3 bedroom condo at the fun Sports Village. With 6 beds, this condo comfortably sleeps 10. A large, shady deck with a stunning view of the St. George valley makes this unit extra special and provides a lovely place to visit, relax, and dine with family and friends.
Amenities include 2 large pools with hot tubs, Pickleball /Tennis courts, shuffleboard, playground, basketball courts, and a clubhouse with pool tables, table tennis, indoor racquetball court and a workout room.
This condo is only minutes from downtown St. George and is 8 miles from Snow Canyon State Park, and 40 miles from Zion National Park. Beautiful biking/hiking trails only 1 block away.
This condo is stocked with everything you need for a perfect family vacation, including bath towels, swim towels, bedding, fully stocked kitchen, large washer/dryer.

Great place!
We had a fabulous stay. Everything was exactly as expected or better. Check in was easy. Amenities of the Sports Village were great. Was a great place to use as a base while heading to Zion for hiking and other places around the area. I would highly recommend!

Awesome stay!
Very affordable for large families. For the adults ask about the spa key! We found it doing some cleaning. It's in a semi hidden place. Considering they're expensive I don't blame them. Kids LOVED the pool. Instructions for everything was very clear. Hulu was signed out of by the previous tenant. They were able to remotely sign in less than 5 minutes. Mini pool table to enjoy. You can't go wrong with this place.

Great stay even better because of balcony
This condo was just right for our family. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price. We were celebrating a graduation with extended family. We loved having the balcony to cook out and eat meals together with great views. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully have more time to use the amenities of the community. Rachel was very responsive to my questions and requests.

Amazing condo
We absolutely loved this condo. This is a top floor unit with awesome views. The Sports Village is a great resort. This condo is right across the street from the Clubhouse and amenities. The staff at the Clubhouse were amazing and friendly. The pool was a perfect temperature and even on the windier days our kids enjoyed swimming. We used the basketball court, volleyball court and the pickleball courts. They were all very clean and made our trip so much fun. The lawns and outside areas were clean and kept up very well. Inside our condo we had tons of room where everyone could have their own space. Every single bed is extremely comfortable, we all slept so well. The entrance to the condo has a large landing area that was nice where we could all keep our shoes in one spot. Having a washer and dryer make it nice to be able to do laundry when staying for a long time. The kitchen and living room are so open and nice to spend time together when we were inside, but we spent a lot of time outside. We will definitely be staying here again when we are back down in St George.

Nice property with some perks
The place was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. The clubhouse was fun, but didn't seem quite what we expected. They gym was tiny with rather old equipment. But the pools and outdoor courts were great. Nice place for our family to stay.

Wonderful family stay with great views
Our family stayed at this condo while running the snow canyon half. It was very clean, beds were comfy, Wi-Fi was great, check in and check out was super easy, the condo itself was a little dated, but was cozy. And the views!! We just loved them. We also really liked the pool and hot tub, and mini golfing at the club house. We felt pretty close to everything too. The building was very quiet. We would definitely recommend this place!

Met our needs
We enjoyed pickleball everyday. But the courts need an update! They just re-painted tennis courts to pickleball. Huge cracks in the cement. The pool was nice. Lap pool was way too cold to swim laps for very long. The unit itself was suitable. The A/C was nice. The deck was lovely. Overlooking the city lights was nice.

Great deck and location
This property was very comfortable with a great living space and stunning deck. Kitchen was a bit older but perfectly functional. Appreciate being able to bring our dog. Comfortable bedrooms. The garage is not very secure but this is something the owner offered extra and is not routinely included with the rental. Some windows missing mechanism to open them and no screens in any of the windows or patio doors.

Hiking, Tuachan, and spending good time with family. It was a great weekend. The property has such a great view of Green Valley. The property was clean, and there is plenty to do in the complex.
