No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

St. Augustine Getaway
We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, well appointed and immaculately clean. Pool is under a majestic oak that likes to put down leaves, but all-in-all a wonderful place!

Family celebration
The house was spacious, clean and convenient to downtown. The number 11 Trolley stop was a one minute walk from the house. Lots of storage, amenities, and the pool was very inviting. I would highly recommend the house to vacationers to St Augustine.

Roomy and quiet
The house is nice with plenty of room for multiple people. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. The pool and pool deck are beautiful. Unfortunately when we arrived it was full of leaves. There were so many that the waterfall feature was semi clogged. We were disappointed since we brought our dogs and discovered the pool rules by the pool stated dogs are not allowed in the backyard at all, so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor area. I did not see this rule listed online prior or may have chosen another place to stay. I would like to suggest the host supply a box of Kleenex and a small amount of coffee creamer like all of the previous places we stayed. Also, there was an extra pillow but not an extra pillowcase. I would rent again, but without my dogs.

The house was real nice clean and close to downtown. We were able to walk downtown. The only problem was we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work.

Walk to everything
The house was exactly as it was advertised. Renovated and really clean! We chose this property so we could walk to downtown. Quaint and quiet, yet close to restaurants and attractions. The layout worked well with a master bedroom on the main floor as well as one upstairs.The private backyard has a pretty pool and also a grill. I would stay there again when in Saint Augustine!

Perfect house for a large group
We all loved this house. Everything in the house was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen and dining room is huge and the appliances and furniture appears to be new. I love the master bathroom! We all enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and you can hear the owls at night. We have no complaints. It is a little bit of a walk to St George Street but worth it because you dont have to worry about parking and we enjoyed looking at the old houses and buildings. We will stay here again.

House Great…Experience Awful
My boyfriend and I were having our first alone vacation together. The house itself was great. It was clean minus a few pieces of trash that were missed here and there. Unfortunately, we were not told about the construction going on in the area. Our neighbor, whom we politely said hello to when we arrived, made it his mission to make our stay a living hell while he renovated his home. Now my dad being a contractor I know you sometimes have to work earlier or later to avoid the heat, but this man took to another level. He was constantly working day and night. Our first night he woke us up at 3am rudely working, playing music, and talking at the top of his lungs. We reached out to management who basically told us to call local authorities if this continued. This was not an option as doing such a thing could’ve put us or our dog in harms way. You never know how someone could react to that. They could’ve at least offered us a different location if one was available. We had to sleep almost til noon every day just to catch up on sleep, which then caused us to lose time spent doing other things. He woke us up blasting music at 5am, clearly trying to get a rise out of us because it went on for 10 minutes, all while he changed the songs after a minute each and changing the volume up and down during each song. Seems to me he hates the fact the home next to him is used by vacationers. Well he got what he wanted, he made our week miserable! A shame for a nice house with a good location….
