「We had such a lovely stay here over Christmas! I was visiting with my boyfriend and two teenage kids, and this home was absolutely perfect for us. The layout—one king bed and two twin beds—worked out beautifully, and the house was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. 「Recently had a five day stay at this house while visiting family in Ohio, very clean and comfortable home providing everything necessary. I recommend if your looking for a reliable cozy stay」

「This has everything you need and then some. I only needed to provide my own food. It’s in a good location to see the airforce museum and it’s close to the college. Easy to access the highways and downtown Dayton. It has nice decor. The owner/manager is attentive. I would certainly stay again.」

「This is our second year in a row of renting the Cozy Cottage. It’s a wonderful location to get away from it all while still close to plenty of Cowan Lake trails and Caesar’s Creek activities for the kids. We loved being to bring our dog and find all the amenities to feel like we were glamping. :)」

「Beautifully remodeled and upgraded home. Plenty of space for all 3 of us adults. The shower/ tub combo was made for really small people, lol! Not a 200# adult. This definitely will not deter us from coming back though 😉.」

「We needed a place to stay for a business trip for 4 days. We booked it and got in contact with the host immediately, everything went smooth with no issues. The place was very clean and simply felt comfortable, like home. The value for this place was insane, for its spot in the heart of Hamilton, the price, and everything the house has to offer inside」
