「This place is massive. The staff are very helpful. This property is still recovering from the last hurricane. It is a little pricey and many things need fixing, (had issues with elevators not working, lack of hot water in shower, parking scanners, and some restaurants are still down). But all in all good place for families. I do wish they would just charge for parking and stop this scanning system they have. It never worked and appears to be a waits of time and resources, maybe use the scanning...

「Beautiful view of the ocean. Loved the pool. Very close walk to Fortuna beach. Loved the scent of the bodywash that was provided. We would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly, but only a few spoke English. Parking lot across the hotel was full at times and we had to park at a secondary lot that was not well lit. 」

「Need more options for breakfast, like bagels, toaster oven, boiled eggs, fruits, etc... We stayed for 7 days and I expected more options for breakfast. There were fruit flies in the room every day. The a/c should not blow directly to the bed. It made sleeping very cold even when we raised the temperature. The room had a stale smell that would not go away.」

「We stayed for 4 nights here and overall the stay was pleasant. The hosts were communicative and gave very clear instructions on check-in/check-out. The apartment had 2 bedrooms 2 baths and came with a washer/ dryer which was a huge plus. It is a quiet neighborhood. Everything was functional. They left books for reading, card games, plenty of towels and toiletries. My one and only complaint was there were ants in the kitchen and in one of the bathrooms.
