「I had a really bad experience. Check-in information wasn’t provided until 4:15 when it had previously been said that it would be at 3pm. When I arrived I discovered that the bed was broken- the bed frame was broken and the bed sagged to the point you could not sleep on it. When I informed them, it took 2 hours for them to look at it and get back to me, at which time they said it couldn’t be fixed and there were no other rooms available. 「My daughter and I wanted to get away for a few days of rest. We couldn't believe how perfect this "Boho chic suite" was. We were in the cute town of Stratford but never left the place! Lots of space. It is just like the pictures. Very cute and I have never been at a vrbo where they have so many amenities for you. Whatever you forgot to bring they have it!! We felt pampered. It was a great getaway and the place was a bit part of it. 」

「This is a great place to stay for a couple visiting Kitchener. Cindy was an excellent host and provided everything we needed. Parking was excellent as we had use of the whole driveway. For anyone having to visit St Mary's Hospital, this place is only a 5 minute drive. Thanks again Cindy for everything right down to the chocolates on the pillow. 「There was no washer or dryer. Restaurant and food options are very limited. Moreover in case of extreme weather inclination, there should be facility of extension. Even if they could adjust us in any empty lodge available. Our ride back home was very difficult. Rest property itself was clean and well managed. One more thing, if it was mentioned that 110 condo is upper condo and we have to use stairs.」

「We stayed at the gingerbread house for a family wedding. John was super nice and flexible with our check in time which was greatly appreciated as it allowed us to get ready for a formal wedding and still have a bit of time to unwind after our drive. The home was charming, quaint, very comfortable, and we would definitely stay there again.」

「Really enjoyed our stay here. We found the condo spacious and clean with great amenities and very close to the blue mountain village and the beach. The improvement I recommend is upgrading the knife set. They are pretty much broken and we used the steak knife to chop up fruit and vegetables. 」
