「I had a lovely visit to the Chipeta Lodge and would certainly stay there again. They are in a great location near a large park with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly, the accommodations were clean and unique, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and my room had it's own hot tub. 」

「No one manned the lobby. It was difficult to get access to the room. There is no air conditioning so the unscreened window had to be open to get it cool at night to sleep. It was across from a noisy outdoor restaurant so ear plugs were necessary to get to sleep.」

「The aren’t a lot of choices in Gunnison. I would put the Comfort Inn at the top. Friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle to the airport if needed. Decent breakfast.」
