「The property was spacious and clean. It seemed to be appointed as an accessible room with wide doorways and a shower chair (not necessary for us). It is great to have a kitchenette but the crockery, pots and even some glasses were in very high cupboards. A chair was required to access these items which is ridiculous and unsafe. Please build some new storage where crockery, etc can be stored at an accessible height to fit with the other accessible features of the unit,」

「We loved the space offered by The Quest & the reception staff were excellent. However Housekeeping kept forgetting to renew our teas, coffees, shower gel which was annoying. The shower is v difficult to use without flooding the bathroom! 」
