"This property is outside of Klamath Falls but not so far that you can’t commute to enjoy meals and shopping in Klamath Falls. The property is very nice however the resort features were oversold. We arrived only to find that the pools and hot tubs were unavailable and the weight room was to be renovated. They should have told us before our arrival. The staff were otherwise very accommodating and efficient. "

"This place is amazing! We traveled for 500 miles and last minute getting into grants pass area we realized we needed a room, I had 5 kids all ranging from 4 months old to 13 years old and unfortunately all the hotels in grants pass would have to be separate rooms and that just wasn’t going to work. Thank goodness I found this place because the suite I was in was plenty big enough to accommodate my family of 7. Will definitely be staying here again when we go again for a visit. "
