「I had booked this property in Jan 2025. We had unexpected sickness with family and couldn't travel and the Property Manager worked with us to reschedule. Then when it was time to go again we got 10 inches of snow and couldn't go, once again the Property Management worked with us!! Amazing and easy PM. The stay was very nice as well. Location is pretty. We enjoyed our stay.」

「Four of us got together to watch the National Championship. The location was central to all of us. The house was clean and comfortable. Not too far from a dollar store and then a short drive to Marion if you want restaurants and shopping. Too cold for the lake but nice view and would probably be a great summer stay.」

「Stayed at this property during a weekend hunting trip to Ballard WMA. Perfect for what we needed. Older farm house, not perfect but had good heat, hot water and room for 4 adults. Owner was very nice and communicated very well. Checked to make sure we had everything needed. Very accommodating!」

「We enjoyed our stay! The house is adorable, very comfortable, and Jill was a great host! Very good communication prior to our visit and the day of. Dexter the donkey was a hit! My son enjoyed giving him the treats that were there to give him, and the kitty on the property was very sweet also. We brought our dog along and she loved the property also. It was nice having the large grassy area to walk her around a bit after the few hour drive we made. All in all a very pleasant stay!」
