「The Condo is truly situated just steps away from the Ballhooter lift. It is PERFECT for people who just want to ski. As a place to simply sleep for 6/8 hours and then ski/dine out/drink the rest of the time the condo is ideal. The master bedroom bed is also very comfortable. The building and the condo are both very dated. But who cares if you are there ONLY to ski!!!!」

「Very nice, clean, comfy condo! Owner supplied everything you might need, coffee, toiletries, which was a very nice addition! Very comfortable beds, which is so important to us! Nicely decorated as well. Sunsets were amazing! Enjoyed the deer visits outback! Great, responsive communication with owner! Great place! Totally enjoyed our visit!」

「The location could not have been more ideal! The unit was outfitted with everything you could need or want! It was a bit smaller than we had anticipated, but worked great for our family of 6!」

「Worked perfectly for our ski trip. Location was great for skiing and restaurants. Kids loved the playground right outside the room. 」

「Everything was great...the place is comfortable, clean, and perfectly located! 」

「The accommodations were great - just as advertised. I didn't get the check out instructions until after check out because it went to my junk email. Since the owner had my text, it would have been helpful to text me to see the email instructionsThe AC/heat did not ever work properly. To cool the condo, we had to cut the unit off and open the sliding door, which leaked at the top and turn on the box fans. It might need checking. 「Clean property with undated bathrooms. Kitchen could be updated as well, but overall a spacious place to stay while at Snowshoe. One other side is no central heat and air, so you have to heat with baseboard heating and it’s sorta tough to set it to a certain temperature. 」

「We came for a weekend getaway and some skiing. The location of the condo is great as it is right at the top of the Ballhooter lift (and the Waffle Hut!). The amenities in the condo and in the building are wonderful. Check-in was easy even with our late arrival. We will definitely stay again.」
