「The check in was horrible, however this had nothing to do with the Sleep Inn and Suites. This was totally Hotels.com's fault because I never received a confirmation number on the confirmation email. What made this soo awesome was the assistance, understanding and professionalism of the desk clerks at the Sleep Inn Fatimah and Marianny. They were the best and tried to assist in every way possible. Thank you to them both and they need a big raise for what they did, 」

「The gentleman that checked me in was kind & thoughtful. He knew I was a senior with dogs so he gave me a 1st floor room towards the back as it was quieter. Only negative is the TV was not working. Could be a minor problem and we didn’t persue a repair as we were busy with no TV time」

「We loved having a two bedroom suite, and we even brought along our Yorkie. It looked like there were a lot of renovations going on. It was very quiet, but the beds were not so comfy. Pillows felt like I wasn't even using one. I probably could have asked for a different type pillow, but I managed. 」
