「I would of gave this a 5 star, because we really did enjoy our stay a lot! The manager when we checked in was amazing and took care of us so well. The only reason I docked some points is that they didn't even have our room clean when we arrived and the bathroom wasn't very clean, I had to clean it myself and provide my own trash bags. The breakfast the first 3 days was awesome they allowed us to do room service due to my daughter not being able to walk very well, the guys in the kitchen and room...

「Check in was easy and room did have a stench in the room that never went away. Eventually I got used to the scent but my wife smelled it the entire stay. Besides that the bed was comfy and room includes coffee and microwave plus a fridge. Free continental breakfast was nice and not far from a huge mall. 」

「El hotel no está funcionando está clausurado es un fraude, y expedía no hace nada PÉSIMO SERVICIO de Expedía, nunca fueron para avisar que el hotel no está funcionando, me dejaron sin hotel, tuve que resolverlo yo y conseguir otro hotel, hasta este momento expedía no a resuelto nada y me dejaron a mi suerte voy a dar aviso a la PROFECO en Mexico.」
