ガルフブルバードにあるこの爽やかなキーウエストスタイルのビーチハウスは、プライベートバルコニーからビーチの広い景色を眺めることができます。 ポーチスイングとロッキングチェアは、ビーチの時間を過ごした後にリラックスするのに最適な場所です。  ビーチへのアクセスは通りの真向かいです。

内部には、大理石の床、花崗岩のカウンター、豪華な高級家具で仕上げられています。  液晶テレビまたはプラズマテレビは、すべての寝室と書斎にあります。  マスターバスルームにはジェットバスがあります。  キッチンは完全装備です。  ユニットには洗濯機と乾燥機が装備されています。  すべてのリネンが提供されます。

サウスパドレ島の中心部という便利な場所にあり、屋外エンターテイメント（10代の若者に最適）、レストラン、さらには島の食料品店まで徒歩圏内です。  通りの向かいには、FREE Islandシャトル（もう1つの10代のお気に入り）のシャトル停留所があります。

Wondeful place!

Wonderful get away for our family!
We had such a great time in SPI and Lynn is a lovely host. The location can't be beat! Right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of some excellent coffee places. We look forward to coming back again and exploring more of the area!

Wonderful experience
Loved, loved the property. Had EVERYTHING you could want for a great beach experience and comfortable place to stay. Loved the por h to sit with my dog. He loved it. Planning on returning soon.

Perfect Getaway!
My husband and I have been this beach house for the past several years. The location is right across the street from the beach access entrance and you have an ocean view from the balcony. We always enjoy our stay and plan to keep returning.

Home Away From Home
This has been the best VRBO property we’re stayed at while vacationing in SPI. It has absolutely everything we needed to have an enjoyable time. We had beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, and a huge beach umbrella at our disposal. The property had everything you could possibly need. It truly is a home away from home. We got to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks from the comfort of our private balcony. Lynn and Captain Kevin were very gracious hosts. It is the perfect size for a family of four. It is centrally located and walking distance to the main avenue. The beach access is literally across the street.

Cute and convenient!
We had such a wonderful time at this property in South Padre. It was cute, cozy, and right across the street from the beach entrance. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The owner was an amazing host and knows all the ins and outs of the island. We will definitely stay here again when we decide to come back!

Beach house fun
This property was perfect for our families beach vacation. The location of the beach right across the street and the use of the wagon and lawn chairs and sand toys made it super easy to enjoy the beach with ease. The grocery store was just a few blocks away, so it was easy to walk to the market for supplies. Also you could catch the free bus right outside to go anywhere on the islsnd! My favorite part was the porch swing with a view of the ocean and plenty of opportunities for people watching. The owner was super nice and helpful as well. We had a blast! Definitely recommend!!

SPI Vacation
Our stay was wonderful! Lynn met us as we pulled in the driveway and we had a short visit. This property is well maintained and in a great location. We will definitely recommend this property and we hope to stay there again in the future!
