「This is a perfect location for a Philadelphia get away. Great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Far enough away from Center City that parking is easy. The gym on the property is excellent and well maintained. The apartment itself was generous with space and amenities. The only downside was the water pressure was struggling. I had my dogs and they even organized a late checkout. What a gem!💎 」

「Cute and well stocked apartment, close to everything, including train into Philly. Private parking is a plus, friendly and helpful host. Mixup with parking fob was only issue, definitely recommend 」

「Washington Ave is convenient to access Delaware Ave. So as Broad St. to go around Philly. The place was just right size and clean. The parking spaces on 3rd floor to our room had a quiet distance. If there are roading space in 1st floor at the parking building, it would be convenience. 」

「It was wonderful! A great price for the time I was there and the room that I got.」

「The bus drops you off essentially at the front door of this hotel making it very easy to traverse around town. The only major downsides I had was a lack of hot water, which luckily I prefer cooler showers. There are a few very good breakfast places nearby however I am unsure about dinner and lunch as I was further away during those times. Overall great experience however if you are a light sleeper be aware it is very close to the train tracks.」

「The staff is Excellent. The property is clean and comfortable in every way. Parking is $40 dollars a day but you can come in and out as many and much as you want. Just pull up and they valet park your vehicle in the garage .」
