「Beautiful waterfront property, friendly staff, nice room, breakfast delicious 」

「Cute family run property. Room was spacious and super clean, bed very comfortable and bathroom sufficient for all your needs. Delicious freshly made hot breakfast as well as granola/yoghurt and baked goods. Close to the coast and restaurants. Lovely communal sitting rooms downstairs. It’s an older building so a little bit noisy stairs/doors, but wasn’t disturbing. 」

「We came up for UNH homecoming with our two German Shepherds. The property was spacious, clean, and well stocked with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. We had a small issue with the shower draining but the property manager responded promptly to the concern. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right down the street from Long and Short Sands beach but far enough off of the main strip to avoid traffic. Access to route 1 and 95 makes this property a perfect jumping off point...

「This cute little carriage house was built into the passageway behind the main house and the barn. It comfortably fit our party of 3 adults with a nice size kitchen, a single bathroom, and spacious seating areas both inside and out. Our flight was delayed, and when we arrived, there was yogurt and fruit in the fridge waiting for us. There is a stand selling ice cream, burgers, and lobster rolls within walking distance, and the Cape Elizabeth beach is a short drive away. Lovely stay!」
