「Chosen for cleanliness, based on reviews. Property had a strong odor of disinfectant, as did room, so it was sterile. Most of the room was apparently clean…but the cleaning staff missed the sink under-rim with its hair and shaving cream, and a corner of the room where the floor and wall corner had the appearance of accumulated dust. One of the wash cloths provided appeared to have been used. 」

「My only complaint was with the valet service. I checked in after midnight, and the guy working the overnight valet was incredibly rude to me. To make it worse, with me standing right beside my car after getting my luggage out, he floored my vehicle while revving my engine. I have never had such a terrible experience with valet before...we were not given another option for parking, and the front desk told me we had to valet. I would not stay here again, solely based on my experience with that...
