"Beautiful design, art deco / rock-n-roll vibes inside. Tropical oasis outside. We never want in the pools (too cold), always hit the beach. Great beach loungers included. They charged for an umbrella which I didn't like, but when I got the final bill, they removed the charge. Close to restaurants, shopping, botanical gardens, and more."

"The concierge, Charlie, is so pleasant and helpful! She helped us with the free bikes and recommended great places to eat. The pool area and restaurant are beautiful. Staff is so kind and food is delicious. I went for a week in February with my husband, and then back again with my daughter in March. Will definitely return soon! "

"The staff here was absolutely fantastic!! It was easily walkable to tons of eating and shopping places on both Lincoln Road and Espanola Way, as well as other local hotel and street restaurants. No need for a car. The beach was beautiful!. The main hotel areas and restaurant were very nice. The rooms were fine - beds clean and comfortable - but the furniture could use some updating. We didn’t mind though. It was a great place to stay. We hope to return."

"Excellent stay. We were upgraded to a beautiful two BR suite on a high floor with ocean views. The service was impeccable throughout. Cleaning service was very thorough and would call to see when we wanted service. The resort location is the best - away from the hustle of South Beach but easy enough to walk to all the great restaurants. Only drawback is adult pool is small and shady - and one elevator of four was out of service during our week. But we had an excellent stay overall, and the beach and the boardwalk were wonderful and right next to hotel. Would definitely come back again and stay here. "
