The check-in process was a bit unclear but once that was resolved everything else was smooth. I think the property is mainly a dormitory for students of nearby schools but the family apartment is quite spacious and well-equipped to pass a few days (maybe gets a bit limited for >1 week). "Excellent customer service and welcome when we arrived, thanks to all the team a Hotel de Mougins. Food we excellent, really tasty, high quality and made our visit special. Room was great, only two things were a little below par. Bed mattress seemed old and springs we could feel in the bed, and the shower heat was luke warm rather than hot each morning. But neither stole from our enjoyable stay, thanks."

The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. "The transportation into Antibes from this location takes up to an hour and is not very easy to navigate. Arriving from Nice airport was especially difficult and expensive. The room itself was very clean and the AC was fantastic. "

"Such lovely people run this b&b! Very authentic, lovely breakfast on a charming terrace, very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was welcome as it was very hot when we were there. Downhill walk into Cannes about 10 mins. Uphill back a little more punishing to walk in the heat, but I did notice a bus stop nearby. Casual, welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely return. "
