「We had such an amazing trip and our stay was so quaint and comfortable! The staff was so very accommodating to our late arrival. You have to have the continental breakfast overlooking Lake Wallenpaupack- early morning views over the lake are amazing! 」

「This was our 3rd stay at the Hotel Fauchere, and it has declined a bit in quality. Most importantly in their breakfast - used to be a gourmet breakfast, featuring brûléed grapefruit, quiche and homemade yogurt. Now it’s a buffet style breakfast, felt more like at a chain hotel. we came down around 915 (breakfast runs 8-10) and it was almost Empty…. No food left. A few bananas, and burnt bacon and potatoes. I spoke to the staff and they mentioned they had run out of the aforementioned homemade...
