「The hotel is terrible we had issues with our room keys told the office and they said they closed at 9 so if your keys don’t work just keep trying”they’re old”. Ended up not getting in Friday night so had to find a room else where with all our stuff locked in their room. Got back there sat and complained and they said they would come check the door, it took them an hour to get to us and they found an issue with their door but refused to give us any refund even though we had to get a last minute...

「Overall good stay. Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and River St. It was nice to have a full kitchen. Was clean and safe. Four cons though… Parking situation, elevator, neighbors, and the bed. Parking was a pain. Wish there was an assigned spot for parking. Had to carry all our luggage down the street in the rain. There’s a big parking lot in the back of the building that would be perfect for parking space… The elevator was broken while we were there so get ready to walk up three...
