「The Lodge at Jaguar Reef is in a fantastic location, and the facilities are generally quite good. We have stayed at the lodge four times, each in a different room, and have found the accommodations to be fairly consistent. During this visit, however, we encountered some maintenance issues. Excursions were super fun with great guides. Food was ok Beach had a lot of garbage wash up every day that wasn’t really cleaned up well. 「Our stay in Hopkins was unbelievable. Our group of nine adults had plenty of space for congregating and privacy. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The pool was comfortably heated, the beach cleaned and raked. Miss Shelley had a delicious dinner cooking for us when we arrived and Lester was readying the pool. 「The house was very comfortable, well stocked and clean. The location is fantastic. You can bike into town (two bikes are at the house) but a car is helpful, the house is south of town. There is a kayak and snorkeling equipment available. Construction was going on next door which would have been nice to know about. Overall great place. 」
