Rimaine

Rimaine is a beautiful and excellently maintained holiday villa with private swimming pool just south of Bergerac, an area known for its fine wines and beautiful nature. The very spacious house can accommodate up to 7 people and with the large garden it offers all comfort and privacy both indoors and outdoors.

Inside

Large living room / dining room with wood burner. Kitchen with dining area and direct access to the terrace. On the ground floor there is also a large bedroom (air conditioning) with two double beds of 140x190. There are patio doors giving direct access to the garden. Next to the bedroom there is a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet

On the 1st floor are the other two bedrooms, each with a double bed of 160 x 200 and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Outside

Beautifully landscaped garden (6000 m2) with various (covered) terraces, seating areas, play areas (table tennis, badminton and volleyball) and of course not to forget the private swimming pool with covered terrace and lounge set. In the months of July and August you can make free use of the tennis court in the nearby village. Dogs are welcome, however, only in the early and late season.

Surroundings

The village of Singleyrac with a good bakery (with small shop and bar) is only 1 km away.
Eymet (about 15 km) is a pleasant tourist town from the thirteenth century, with a cozy provincial market every Thursday morning. Tourist attractions in the area are: a trip to Sarlat, a visit to the many castles and caves and how about a wonderful canoe trip on the Dordogne. Bergerac about 15 minutes away is also definitely worth it. Bergerac is a beautiful city and has an airport where, among other things, transavia flies.

The route du vin is also recommended for wine lovers! Of course there are also sports activities, such as cycling, hiking, rowing on the Dordogne river and golfing at the Castle Vigiers (6-9 and 18 holes). Finally, there is a riding stable a few minutes walk from the house.

Excellent
We absolutely loved our perfect stay here! The heated pool was amazing and central to the whole outdoor area so we were able to play together as a family (2 adults, 3 children) the whole time we were there. The house is incredibly well equipped and had everything we could need, and the hosts were truly thoughtful and very responsive to any questions. The area is very quiet and in a good location to see the Dordogne area. Would definitely recommend!

Singleyrac holiday
An interesting summer holiday with our daughter when many things went wrong with cars, delayed ferries, getting stuck at a toll both on the autoroute due to none return of debit card and thus none payment etc. and no electricity for 11 hours The only thing that went well was the stay at the villa which was perfect and very enjoyable with very helpful owners.

What a beautiful place!
The house is lovely. Called Le Maine not Remaine as advertised on Vrbo, which gave us a problem finding it! Never stayed anywhere with such a well stocked kitchen. Absolutely everything was lovely. Pool 27c all the time, loads of different places to sit in the shade or the sun. Clean and comfortable.

Dordogne delight!
Well-appointed, spacious, lovely location with a local Boulangerie. Really enjoyed our stay and 'did' very little. One outing to Canoe at Garbonne and one to explore the delightful town of Eymet. Otherwise enjoyed the pool and garden!
