Amazing Villa in the Heart of Tuscany
The host was very welcoming upon arrival and gave us a great tour of the property along with some area history. Such a peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the patio upstairs off the bedroom. Great views of the terrain by day and fantastic views of the stars at night. Very close to the enchanting villages on hilltops nearby (Rigamagno and Scrofiano).

Charming Place in Tuscany
Great place with beautiful views. Nikola was a wonderful host and told us many places to visit around the area. If you are visiting Tuscany I would recommend staying at this lovely place.

Perfect Villa in Tuscany!
We absolutely loved our time in Fabrizio’s Tuscan villa. It was beautifully situated among an olive grove and we loved sitting out in the outdoor area enjoying a glass of wine. The local restaurant had incredible pizza and homemade pasta. Fabrizio was a gracious host who made himself available when we needed and was very accommodating. We will definitely be coming g back!

Fantastic home in Tuscany
Fabrizio was a great host, house exceeded our expectations. Secluded, quiet BUT Sinalunga was close by for supplies. Siena was 30 minutes away. In the close by village of Rigomagno was a restaurant called Scroccazuche (suggested by our host)...it was some of the finest food we have EVER eaten

The Perfect Tuscan Retreat
From the moment that we arrived, each day was a gift. The beautiful villa situated amongst the olive groves was beyond our expectations. From exploring the gorgeous grounds to the fabulous view from the upstairs balcony situated off the Primary suite, we were tempted never to leave this expeptional property. We were welcomed by our host's, Fabrizio and Paula who generously shared tid bits of info about the region which were invaluable to our overall experience. The nearby town has the most amazing restaurant that we frequented and that we also selfishly indulged in for take away to enjoy in the beautiful sunrooom for a romantic dinner for two. Oh, and as an added bonus, the hen on the property just might lay an egg or two for breakfast!! We highly recommend this gorgeous villa. Outstanding
The current pictures do not do the property justice! We were greeted by Fabrizio and made to feel at home. Kitchen was well equipped (just need your own spices). Close to all the towns and villages we wanted to see. This property is beautifully decorated and the grounds are just as pretty. Would recommend this property!!!

Perfect spot close to so many towns (Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena)
We absolutely loved our stay! Fabrizio was a wonderful host, he met us outside and showed us where to park. Gave us a brief history of the house and quick tour. He recommended an amazing local restaurant and quaint little town to visit, Lucignano, that you can see up on the hill from the house. Hardest part about the stay is deciding which towns to visit!

Idyllic stay in Tuscany
Wonderful hosts, cottage, and location in a peaceful olive grove setting. We confused our check-our day, and the hosts were very gracious with us despite our error and late check-out. The house is fully stocked with wine and refreshments for purchase. It’s a charming location centrally located to the best of what Tuscany has to offer. Highly recommend! ❤️

Fabulous place
The owner, Fabrizio, was so charming. He doesn't speak any English, but he has Google Translate down. This house is more beautiful than the photos show. The grounds are immaculate & we were told that we could use any of the herbs growing in the garden. We made 2 dinners while we were there and the kitchen is well equipped to cook in. There are no spices, so you have to bring your own. The location is in the country, but you can get to many Tuscan villages in a short amount of time. If we return to Tuscany, we will stay here again.

Lovely setting and home; Great host.
We would recommend this VRBO to anyone seeking relaxation and a great location from which to explore Tuscany. The apartment itself is carefully decorated with top-line fittings throughout and appears exactly as pictured. The wine for purchase on site is a nice touch. Fabrizio was delightful and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful and fun to explore.

Serene stay in Tuscany
Beautiful old house with modern touches, in the middle of countryside Tuscany. Owner very courteous and accommodating. The house is a little hard to find at first, a few more details would be helpful but this is our only complaint. We really enjoyed our time there and are greatful for the experience. Beautiful hidden gem
It was so special, Frabrizio greets you and is so welcoming and proud of his home. The pictures do not do it justice. More beautiful and quaint in person. See the sunrise come up over Tuscany from your bedroom. Every detail was taken care of, the grounds the gardens are immaculate and beautiful. We traveled all over Tuscany. Could not have picked a better olace.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir haben die Zeit in der zauberhaften Ferienwohnung von Fabrizio sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und individuell eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr hochwertig und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr vielseitig. Von einer schönen Dachterrasse über einen äusseren Essbereich bis zu Liegestühlen gab es alles. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr gut. Wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben, war sofort Antwort bzw. Hilfe da. Ansonsten haben wir kaum gemerkt, dass noch jemand auf dem Grundstück lebt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nur zu empfehlen!
Ein Feriehaus mit einem tollen Ausblick über das Val di Chiana und umgeben von wunderschönen Olivenbäumen. Wir waren zwei Wochen zu Gast und fühlten uns sehr, sehr gut aufgehoben. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Sauberkeit des Hauses sowie die Zurückhaltung von Fabrizio als Vermieter, der im Untergeschoss mit komplett eigenem Hauszugang lebt (Hanglage); der Zugang zum Ferienhaus ist entsprechend eine Etage höher und geht in die entgegengesetzte Richtung heraus. Bei Bedarf ist Fabrizio in allen Belangen eine große praktische Hilfe. Perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit! Viele Grüße, Djamak und Georg

Best Vacation Ever
This was truly a once in a lifetime experience. We were lost getting there, but Fabrizio was quick to respond to my text and guided us. Very relaxing
Beautiful hillside location and welcoming, friendly host. The property was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean and comfortable. The gardens were gorgeous with always a place to relax in sun or shade. Loved the roof- top terrace with the view. Fabrizio, the host, was most helpful and has a good stock of wine and other essentials if needed. Highly recommended.

Nice stay
We Had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property. It was a breath of fresh air. I can’t think of any complaints, except just watch out for the cats they stole our daughters spaghetti when we were eating it outside and hissed at us the remainder of the time. Besides that that was perfect for our time in Tuscany.

Amazing Villa

Amazing villa
The villa was amazing! The photos do not do it Justice. The property is beautiful, with gardens of olive trees, strawberries, tomatoes, lavender flowers etc etc.. stunning. The owner Fabrizio was very welcoming and accommodating. Him and his wife do stay in the basement floor, which I was worried about, but there’s a completely separate entrance, grounds and driveway for both, we had total privacy and you wouldn’t even know they were there, they are completely separate spaces, so if that’s a concern rest assured it’s not an issue. The house was very clean and comfortable. You can tell there’s a lot of pride in the house because every piece of furniture, artwork and design was chosen with a passion and vision. The views are great, especially from the terrace outside of the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and nice to cook in. The area was a great place to explore Tuscany and umbria, the Val D’orcia was 30 min away (Pienza, montepulciano, etc), the Chianti region was also 30 min away. I highly recommend setting your Google maps to “avoid toll roads and highways” when visiting hill towns and restaurants because it will take you on the most amazing roads! We’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful stay in the Tuscany countryside
So beautiful! Fabrizio has done a beautiful job renovating this property. The finishes are perfect. The property sits around the olive trees and has many outdoor seating options to enjoy the peaceful scenery. We did 2 day trips for wine tasting and picked up a few things needed for dinners and morning coffee. Fabrizio has wine available to purchase in the event you need it- which we found very helpful after a day of travel from Rome! If we find our way back to Tuscany we will definitely stay again.
