「Julie has a warm greating to welcome you.The room was clean and comfortable bathroom clean and tidy. The staff are great with fabulous breakfasts. The restaurant evening meal were fabulous all home cooked. Good parking. Just a lovely place to stay」

「Porthclew House was a wonderful surprise. Our room was wonderful so beautiful to the side of it. There was even a communal use balcony which we and had a glass of wine in the evening. Breakfast was great just what you need to set you up for the day. It’s a wonderful property from the grand stain glass entrance to a lovely gardens and location.」

「I loved the property very much. I stayed with my partner and we agree everything we needed was accessible. We could walk to beeches , bars , restaurants , harbour and shops. We could flag the bus down to Saundersfoot . We did not need to worry about taxis. Breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced. Can't wait to return. Thank you」

「It was a surprise trip for hubby. As we pulled up to the gates, he let out a huge WOW, I did too. The lady that greeted us and showed us around was lovely. Our room, the Nest, was beautiful as was the rest of the castle. We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast and met other members of staff, they were lovely. It was like being in a fairy tale. 「Wonderful B&B. Last minute booking after ferry was cancelled. Family room was spacious and immaculately clean, with separate bunk bedroom. Ordered local pizza delivery and ate it in the lovely garden. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, lots of choices and cooked to order. Thank you for making us feel so welcome at short notice. 」

「It's the little touches that count. Like having driven 7 hours to find not only the usual tea, coffee etc but a full pint of milk and bottles of water in the mini fridge. Together with a lovely bottle of wine and biscuits. Really, really grateful. The location is excellent, room very comfortable and spotlessly clean and the wifi strong. 」

「An historic manor set in great surroundings, very comfortable, huge and excellent breakfasts! The owners are very knowledgeable about the local area and its history. A very big thanks for the help they gave me during my visit.」

「My husband and I went here for our 40th wedding anniversary. The staff were so friendly and made you feel at home. We had an evening meal on the Saturday which was lovely with plenty of choice and freshly cooked. The breakfast was amazing which filled me for the day. I would certainly recommend this guest house and hopefully will visit again soon. Thank you for a lovely weekend.」
