「IQON ia a beautiful building in and out but the service inside the unit was pathetic. Checking in was hard. we had someone come in and show us our apt with no help/support later. Our floors were not clean, no toiletries in bathroom, no bed sheets, no bath towels and one of the main living room window was not properly closed. 「This is a very comfortable space with all the amenities. They pretty much thought of all the guests' needs including bottled water, soap, cooking utensils, extra towels, and extra pillows. It offers a great view of central Cuenca with the cupolas of the Cathedral and is only a 10-15 minute walk from the central Cuenca. 「Es una muy buena opción pero el parqueo es dificil y si existen más huéspedes hay que parquear en fila y pedir que retiren el auto, molestoso pero manejable. Un punto que si no me agradò es el hecho de que existe un solo baño. Es dificil con una familia grande.」
