「Our stay at the Koulen Hotel was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was excellent in both variety and quality, and we enjoyed it throughout our five-night stay. The pho was especially delicious, far better than the originals in Vietnam and Bali, which we visited after our stay. The excellent staff also made our stay even better. 「Our short stay was perfect. The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower/bath tub room was large and well kept. The highlight is the pool. Practically had it to ourselves, a great temperature and plenty of space to sit. It was peaceful and quiet too due to its location. Hosts had excellent English and were very friendly and accommodating. We’ll go back for sure!」

「全てのベッドが、ダニ等複数種類の虫で汚染されていた。全員が30か所以上刺されて、赤く腫れた。医者は、ダニと蚊によるものと診断した。医者により、抗菌薬と塗り薬が処方された。デング熱が潜伏している恐れもあるらしい。 ホテルのスタッフにクレームを付けたら、部屋を交換してもらえた。部屋を交換したら、虫の被害は無くなった。ホテルのスタッフは、感染症やアレルギーの知識を持っていないと考えられる。ホテルのスタッフに、薬は不要といわれた。」
