"Staff came and knocked on door 50 minutes before check out? If would not been aware they started entering so had to yell through door just minute as just got out of shower? Before checkout time? Why were they trying to enter before checkout time? Very concerning! They can do that if you are late or after time! But not before checkout time!"

"The condo is just as pictured. It is big inside with plenty of room for the family. Our only problem was the cleanliness. There was hair in the jet tub, and it made a ring around it when we were filling it up. Lots of hair came out of the jets. The pots and pans were dirty with stuck on food on them. Some of the silverware had dried up food on them also. There were clothes left in the bathroom from the previous tenants and clothes left in the washing machine. The office staff was very nice and helpful. If you drive around the property you can see deer grazing. "
