「We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back! It’s such a cute and cozy b&b with so much charm. Our room was clean and comfy, the location was convenient, and we loved the serenity of the backyard and pool. This place is a hidden gem at an unbeatable price for the Hamptons… Pics don’t do it justice and there’s not a lot of reviews just yet because they just recently reopened. Last but not least, Carole was a wonderful and endearing host who made us feel at home and made tasty...

「I had a quick in and out and it served me well. I was disappointed that the pool wasn’t open as that’s what attracted me to the place. Most notable: the abundance of air fresheners! Host was very responsive.」

「The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!」
