The room was small however we knew what we were signing up for and it worked for our needs. Checkin and out was smooth, cant comment on communication too much as we had no issues during our stay so it wasnt necessary. My partner and I would both happily stay here again. "

"Second time booking at this property. We upgraded to their grand room as the cozy is a little small. Room is very luxurious for the price point. Best part of the hotel is the shuttle bus to Osaka station. Allowed me to save lots of time figuring out the metro system and less worries on navigation"
