「I booked the cottage for family members visiting over Christmas and was delighted w my choice. The house itself is beautifully appointed and has been sympathetically extended. It was a pleasure to welcome my travel weary relatives into such a warm and restful space. Everything went smoothly from the minute I contacted the host through the cpl of amendments made and then the key pickup. I would definitely recommend this cottage and hosts to anyone visiting the town.」

「Good communication in advance of arrival, though more clarity on parking may have helped. Unit next to ours had a very loud barking dog which woke us up on a Sunday at 7am unfortunately… and triggered our dog to bark. The walls are quite thin for noise to travel in/out. Aside from that, it was a really great studio with all one would need! It is on a working farm but whilst that means potential activity outside the door, it also means great green-space and farm animals to enjoy as well!!」

「What a wonderful cottage! Our family of four, with two children, spent a beautiful week in Catriona's and Lorenzo's listed house. It was tastefully, warmly and cozily furnished, with a lovely garden filled with birdsong for dining and relaxing, and a kitchen that left nothing to be desired—especially after discovering your fantastic wine. It was delightful to enjoy the peace and quiet, but also to be able to walk to the picturesque town of Shaftesbury. We are grateful for our discovery and hope...

The only drawback with the Old Post Office is its nearness to the main road: in hot weather one might want to open the windows for air - but then the noise also.」

「駅からホテル2階が見えます。ソールスベリーの町中は道がガタガタで細い場所があります。大きなスーツケースを子供と運ぶのは無理だと思い、近くを選びました。お部屋も清潔で、リビングとベッドルームが別室になっており、静かでした。エレベーターはわかりませんでしたが１Fのお部屋だったので問題ありませんでした。一泊目にウェルカム朝食がついており、焼き立てのクロワッサンが頂けます。食器やお鍋、レンジも揃っており、できたら長期で利用したい施設です。ただ、有人のチェックインの時間が非常に限られているため、現地情報が直接聞けないことや何かあった際の場合は心配でした。チェックアウトも無人でしたが、受付のインターホン経由で担当者と話ができ、サービスもよかったので総合的に満足です。」

「We stayed in one of the yurts there are 2. The check in instructions were very clear. The yurt was cosy especially when we lit the fire (wood provided). We had a great nights sleep. 」
