The room and overall facilities were clean and well maintained so I don't want to be completely negative. The location is not ideal if you are new to China. The biggest issue I had was check-in. None of the staff spoke any English, they initially could not find my booking and this was very frustrating. This also meant I was given no additional information such as breakfast times etc. I ended up checking out after the first night as I did not want to have the same issue if any problems would arise. I think the property is good, they just need to work on fixing this communication issue for foreigners as most hotels I have dealt with do not have this problem. I would also recommend matching the name of the property on Expedia with the name on the building (it was a little confusing on arrival).

Property felt quite new and well-maintained. Location had both pros and cons; was near parks, but far from subway station, although there is access by bus. Not many restaurants in the immediate area.
Check-in took some time, and required facial recognition registration (actually took picture at front desk during checkin).
Gym and pool were in good condition, although the pool was closed and drained because it was winter (would have been very nice if it had been summer).

Barely acceptable Hotel
Cleanliness of room/hotel : ok
Quality of service : fair, ok for check in, but terrible for check out as the duty guy (receptionist) was agrued for the breakfast coupons with other guests a while, so I need wait for while, also who guy asked to wait for their room keeper's round the room before returning deposit, I have never met such a situation even Fraser or W

Hotel location : not good, far away from metro also difficult to get taxi
