I used to stay there for two weeks in December 2019.actually I always stayed north station holiday inn when I went back to my hometown. There was a supermarket nearby. So many Supermarkets in the city shout down after COVID-19.
Employees seem not familiar to process checking in for travelers of overseas. I booked 6 nights on websites . I was told there were no south window room because people coming for meeting. I was sent to a room with three big windows towards northwest corner. I walked away and requested for refund.
I back to US yesterday, it has been 10days haven’t received refund yet.
They took a few seconds to charge, taking unlimited time to return.
