「We loved the location. So close to Shenandoah National Park, Luray Caverns and more, yet very peaceful and quiet. The owner was quick to respond when we had a standoff with the cows. Haha」

「My friends and I (6 of us) stayed at the Farmhouse for a girls weekend and none of us wanted to leave! Everything about the house was perfect! A beautiful, lovingly restored farmhouse, an amazing setting, and gorgeous views from every window! We visited the caverns, did some shopping, horseback riding, and enjoyed a drive on Skyline Drive, along with lots of relaxation time at the house - on the porch, at the fire pit, and in the beautiful cooks kitchen! We couldn't have asked for a nicer place...

「Everything was darn near perfect! Home is better than pictured, super nice amenities and kind, communicative host. Only ding is there isn’t enough hot water to fill the bath tub and no window treatments in main bedroom leads to super early wake up call! Very bright and main bed was extremely loud and squeaky. Still would stay here again!」

We appreciated the layout with its separate-but-equal bedrooms and places to join together, like the lovely and spacious dining room and living area and amazing kitchen. But mostly it was nice to be outdoors with the livestock, including a turkey that seemed to get our jokes.」

「Lovely home with idyllic view of a farm and mountains. Shenandoah Valley is a beautiful part of America. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and meeting, Giovannella, who was knowledgeable about the area. We only had two short nights and highly recommend the Caverns. Great visit all around!」

「Cub Acre Farm was right up our alley! We love old homes, especially farmhouses. It was secluded, quiet, inviting, and peaceful. The view from the back porch was spectacular and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our meals. The only thing I would change is the availability of a washer and dryer. We are looking forward to staying again!!」
