"For a budget hotel, you got what you paid for at this hotel. The person checking in before us had a problem so it meant we had to wait a while to check in - which is fine, these things happen, but it would have been nice if the member of staff had apologised for our wait when it got to our turn. The rooms are quite tiny, but clean and looked like they had been newly decorated.
