Tennessee Trip
Be sure to bring necessities such as dish soap, extra skillets if cooking and all condiments as none are included. Dryer doesn’t work well - took 3 hours to dry towels. Put in a work order as there where quite a few maintenance issues with the house. Very clean and overall a great place to visit.

November wedding
The cabin was neat and clean. It was spacious. We had such a beautiful view of the sunrise over the mountains. I have stayed at many different cabins in Tennessee and this was my favorite. We did have an issue with the main floor bedroom. The outside walls outlet did not work and the tv could not be used. We had more trash that would not fit in the 2 cans. I called several times and nothing was done about it. I actually had to take trash down the road to another facility that said I could dump it there once.

View from back deck beautiful.
Needs some serious maintenance, shower head loose, leak in bathroom in media room leaking thru ceiling lite, there’s been a fire in gas fireplace that burnt and blacked stone and burnt some of mantle, plug cut off bed room lamp. Not enough pots, pans and what there was in poor condition, potholders or trivets, no wine glasses. We stay in cabin so we can cook together and enjoy our meals . Upstairs very dusty. Very disappointing . View from deck absolutely beautiful.

Very nice cabin
We really enjoyed this cabin. We had 9 adults & 4 children and there was plenty room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, everything was clean and the location was great. The only issue we had was the hot tub did not get above 85 degrees our entire stay despite being set on 104, therefore we did not get to enjoy it. My daughter had been looking forward to the hot tub so that was a disappointment. Other than that everything was great & I would definitely recommend this property!

Lovely location, the home needs some updating
Overall lovely stay. We reached at 3pm and check-in was at 4pm. The unit was being cleaned as we reached. There was an aweful fish smell in the house and the cleaning crew had found a dead fish left in the garbage by previous renters. So that was unpleasant and we asked the crew to deodorize the house which they did and helped. The carpeting really needs to be changed in the basement and the rug on the main floor also needs to be changed, looked dirty. The love-seat couch in the living room has lost all of it's leather and would need to be replaced. We just didn't feel comfortable sitting on it. The hot tub is pretty much useless. The jets turn on for just a minute or two and then auto shut off. They take several minutes to restart. We were really looking forward to enjoying the hot tub so that was a bummer. The bedding and baths were clean and good condition, Kitchen was well equipped with the necessary basics. The location is excellent. The views from the porch of the mountains is beautiful. Plenty of parking. Very quiet community. Comfortable driving distance to local stores. Downtown Gatlinburg was about 25 minutes away. Will consider renting it again next time, provided they fix this unit up with the issues mentioned.

Very nice house and beautiful setting!
This house was very nice and the setting was amazing. There were just a few things that made me not give it 5 stars. Upstairs was warm and you couldn’t set the thermostat below 72. We came home a couple times and it was 84 degrees upstairs. Granted it was very hot when we were there but we couldn’t stand it that warm. It would cool off in the evening. The dryer didn’t work well at all. We washed towels a couple times and it took 3 cycles before they would dry. They were missing random utensils in the kitchen that I would have thought would be standard. Overalll very nice place.

Gorgeous view
The views from this property are stunning. Very quiet, not many other houses close by. Relatively close to grocery store (13 minutes). We enjoyed our nights around the fire pit and later in the cool movie room. House was clean but downstairs carpeting needs to be replaced asap. There was, however, no pot holders, no working can opener (was electric and broken), no wine/bottle opener, and they only had a total of 7 forks! Kind of a pain when you begin to make dinner and discover that all these things are missing. The big complaint I did have was regarding Vacasa, the management company. They were terrible about responding. I waited on the phone for 2 hours one day and 1 hour another without getting through. Even emailing them took three days for a response (and then they responded to one email 3 times, one of the times was two weeks later as if they hadn't responded!) If anything had happened during our stay I don't know what I would have done. I did receive an email from them to call after our stay if I wasn't going to give a 5 star rating...so I called and it was same # with long wait.

Fantastic view, great getaway!
The views were absolutely stunning and we enjoyed a lot of time on the decks and porch swing. It rained a decent amount but we could still be outside since all of the porches are covered. Decor was perfect for a cabin and overall very comfortable. Arcade was a nice touch for the kids and the cabin was more than enough room for our family of 4. There were a few small things that could use improvement in the kitchen and in other areas (more and newer glasses, new toaster, basement carpet). Prior to our stay we had a few questions and didn't receive a response from the management company, but everything turned out in the end and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would come back again!

Family vacay
The property was wonderful however the cleanliness after last guests was not as it should be. There were random socks laying around and crackers in the couch. As a whole we loved the house. The fire pit needs more airflow to keep fire going.

Beautiful cabin. Even more beautiful view! We definitely have a 5 star experience!
We came to celebrate my mother’s 50 birthday and had an amazing experience. My mother even cried several times because of how beautiful everything was. It was a quick trip, but it was wonderful.

Amazing house! Poor communication from mgmt company.
The house itself is exactly as advertised- gorgeous and the view was amazing! I had read several reviews about bad bedding, that must’ve been replaced. Pillows could use a change out of about half of them. The basement carpet is in dire need of replacement. We had additional issues that were never resolved, I was told twice that someone would come fix something or get ahold of me, and it didn’t happen. To me, that’s unacceptable. The hot tub jets turn off after about 3 minutes, So unless you enjoy a large community bath tub basically, don’t count on using this one.

Great weekend
Arrived Thursday and left Sunday. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed to accommodate 10 people. Loved the space and separation If we needed alone time. Would recommend the place to everyone!

Beautiful property. It was plenty spacious for our group.
We were very pleased with the cabin! It had all the comforts of home and the community was beautifully maintained. The view was gorgeous! Since it was warm for February, we spent a lot of time out on the porch and didn't get to use the game room much, but it sure was nice. even though it feels like your in a remote area, you're just a few minutes away from Pigeon Forge. We met several guests at the other surrounding cabins and they were very pleasant. Although it is a community of homes, they are situated to give you great views and privacy. I would recommend a stay here to anyone interested in a great Smokey Mountain experience!

Bottom floor was perfect for kids!
Everything was great except for the air conditioner. It’s a preset one so was set to heat; however, it was hot during our stay. We were never able to get it to cool off especially on the main and upper floors. Nighttime was especially hot. Thank goodness they had ceiling fans.

Pre-Valentine getaway
The place was exactly like we expected, the pictures of it spoke a 1000 words. Once we entered the front doors, it was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Our 4 days stay was perfect. We will/ have share our visit with family and friends.
