「My wife and I rented this apartment for 12 days to get some idea of what it would feel like to live in Montepulciano. It was a great experience. There is no elevator to this 3rd floor apartment, but it has good air conditioning. The apartment is spacious for two people, with simple furnishings and decorations, that were everything we needed for our stay. The location is ideal, with parking a short walk away.」

「This is a wonderful studio apartment for one person. Roberto has thought of everything. Whenever I was looking around for some thing, I then found it. The communication with Roberto was incredible even when he was in another country the first couple of days that I arrived. 「This is a cheap option inside the walls of the old town. Unfortunately the apartment is less than ideal - the shower head was broken, as was the wardrobe. The floors and surfaces were clean but there was lots of cobwebs and debris around the apartment in corners. It's basically an attic with a sloping roof so there isn't much headroom. I must have hit my head 10 times. 」

「My family of 4 had a great stay at the Cavalleria Rusticana. The apartment was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The hosts provided a very thorough welcome document with answers to many questions and recommendations in the area. When we had a question, the hosts responded quickly. The location was quiet and a short 10-15 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore where there was lots of great dining, shopping and tourist sights to see. Highly recommend staying at this property.」
