We had a hard time communicating with the host, she said she would send us the passkey one hour before our arrival and she didn’t, we stressed out trying to call her, she hung up on us, called her several times and never answer, finally we could communicate with her and gave us the passkey, we didn’t like the property looks better in the pictures, location is not great, it is in a narrow alley that our taxi could barely pass. Outside the property. Overall terrible experience, we ended up staying in a hotel, host didn’t reimburse our money even though she fail on providing the passkey one hour before our arrival as stated in the Vrbo website. Very disappointed.
