「Beautiful property, very helpful staff, the food was delicious and everything was very clean. We had a room with a private pool (not heated) which was great to have such a large private patio space when we wanted downtime. Our 2 kids loved the warm pools and the housekeepers leaving them little treats in the afternoon. 「Waterfallからホテルまでの道が悪過ぎて夜に通るときには車のタイヤが心配だった。夜は霧もすごくて、ホテルの部屋が全体的に湿気ているような感じで、シーツが濡れているような感覚だった。自然の中のホテルだから周りの景色は最高に良くて、スタッフも親切で、サービスも良かった。ローコストであるので、コストパフォーマンスは良いといえる。」

「We rented the loft and it was exactly as described. It was a conveniently allocated about a 5 minute drive or Uber to La Fortuna. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the upstairs deck and coming home after hiking to use our private jacuzzi. 」

「Scenic views of lake, sunrise, volcano; location were amazing! Don’t miss the birds at breakfast. I like the location because it was quiet and a short drive to the Arenal National Park. The room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The kitchen was nice. Restaurant was excellent.」

「We loved are stay! Beautiful property with lots for us and the kids to do right on site. The thermal pools were gorgeous and so fun to try out the different ones with different temperatures. There was even a farm with lots of animals. There was a grumpy horse so watch out for him, but otherwise a lovely experience. Highly recommend!」

「Most nicest and luxurious hotel in La Fortuna. The best location. Nice view of the Volcano.Staff was great, attentive and friendly. Hotel common areas and rooms were very clean and comfortable. 「街の中心から少し離れていること、２〜３分歩けば、レストラン数件とスーパーもあり、快適にすごせた（街の中心地は夜もかなりうるさい）。モンテベルデ自然保護区行きのバスも、ホテル前を通過するので、そこで捕まえればよかった。部屋のハンモックでぼんやりしていると、目の前に、アグーチやモットモット、ハチドリが現れる。また部屋に常備してくれているコーヒーも美味しく、スタッフも、ツアーなどの相談に丁寧に対応してくれた。」
