「The house was great and just what we needed our quick birthday weekend celebration. This house is an easy drive from Boston, allowing friends to do a day trip. They met us at the house for a visit before we did an escape room and dinner in downtown Portsmouth. Due to the weather we opted to drive and park, but this would have been an easy walk.While we didn’t utilize the upstairs bedrooms they were nice. One thing to note the stairs were narrow and steep and our dog didn’t like to navigate...

「This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. 」

「My sister and I hosted a girls’ weekend with 15 friends. Chelsi’s house was perfect to accommodate everyone! The house was beautiful, there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us, and we had the best time! Chelsi was also super great/quick with communication when I had a question! We had an amazing weekend in NH! 」
