"This property was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, exceptionally well-stocked, great location, great view! Our dogs enjoyed our "parking lot walks" for potty and the beach for fun. Sunsets were spectacular. Seabrook Island is a world away and we'll definitely be back someday."

"My husband and our two small boys spent 5 days at this beautiful beachfront condo. There is plenty of space for our family. The home was immaculate. And there were a ton of family games and books to keep the kids entertained. It was a short 3 minute walk to the water over gorgeous boardwalks and dunes. The water was calm as it flowed out of the Edisto river. Perfect for my early learning swimmers. A short bike ride to the Northern end of the island give us the big waves and sprawling sands we were looking for. The island is wonderful. We have been coming here on and off for the last decade. And this is by far our favorite rental property."

The property manager responded very quickly when we could not figure out how to open the key gizmo. The location is perfect--a short walk from the beach. We would definitely stay here again."

Beautiful big windows, a fully functioning kitchen, and comfortable furniture. Best of all, the place feels lived in without making you feel like you're a stranger in someone else's house. (Also, plenty of room for two couples. ) Highly recommend! Doug and Nancy were incredibly communicative and helpful. Hope to stay here again down the line."
