「Good value option compared to Santa Cruz equivalents. Beware of the bathroom tiles, they are VERY slippery. Both my son and I slipped and fell after showering and condensation was on the floor tiles. BE VERY CAREFUL about this.」

「We loved this house! Getting to it is a bit challenging, but the house is so worth it. The property is beautiful and had we had more time, we would have explored even more. It was a great starting point to explore nearby beaches, parks, and Monterey bay.」

「I was in charge of booking a small home in Scott's Valley for a non-profit board that I serve on and lucked out with Jerry's property. The home was easy to get to, looked exactly like the listing, was extremely clean. Jerry was a welcoming host and graciously allowed us an early check in and late check out. The indoor/outdoor spaces were very appreciated by my little group. I would recommend this home!」
