Outside was nice, but there were many giant but harmless spiders, which is likely why there were no bugs or mosquitos. The morning visits from about 10 Longhorns was enjoyable.」

「This little house was just perfect! Clean, cute, filled with extras (the scone was delish) and just straight out of a Cottage Magazine. It's location in Smithville was a quick drive to our event in Bastrop. My one complaint is that our event kept us from being there to enjoy it more!」

「Once a year my core friend group from college do our best to have a weekend together. It is a very special tradition and the Yellow Rose was absolute PERFECTION. It is spacious, the game room is so fun, the multiple patio spaces were perfect for chats all day, and the pool has a slide which we enjoy immensely. The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars was because it took literal weeks to hear from the management company when i asked questions. The other note would be that the VERY narrow...
